The department’s website also features a short presentation detailing the remaining steps in the regulatory process, data up- dates, and the status of the Atlantic Popu- lation (migratory) Canada goose population. MELINDA HILL’S PECAN CRUSTED BREAD PUDDING One 16 Ounce Loaf of Day-Old French Bread 2-1/2 Cups Milk 1 Cup Half and Half 4 Large Eggs 1 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 Tbsp Vanilla 1 and 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1/8 Tsp Salt 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Butter 1 Cup Chopped Pecans Preheatover to350degrees.Cubebreadandplace ina largebowl.Mix beaten eggs,milk, half &half, sugar, salt, vanilla, and1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix in a separate bowl the softened butter, brown sugar, pecans, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. This mixture will be the consistency of wet sand. Pour half of the bread mixture into a greased 10-inch x 13-inch pan. Top with half of the pecan mixture. Spoon remaining bread mixture over that and top with remaining pecanmixture. Press the bread down in the pan and pour the milk mixture over the top of the bread. Bake at 350˚F for 45 to 55 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
