EARLY AUTUMN PIZZA
One 10 Oz Can Refrigerated Pizza Crust Dough or
get fresh dough from local pizzeria
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Yellow and 1 Red Pepper, sliced
2 Portabello Mushrooms, thinly sliced
One 6.5 Oz Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
4 Oz Goat Cheese, crumbled
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Grease pizza pan.
Spread dough over pan leaving edges a little thicker. Drizzle dough with
olive oil. Sprinkle garlic over dough. Arrange peppers, mushrooms, and
artichoke hearts on top of dough. Dot with crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle
with balsamic vinegar and a few grinds of black pepper.
Bake until edges are brown and crispy.
